Using Halypa
Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Halypa, an AI learning app at halypa.app operated by Amanmyrat Abdullayev. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Accounts and access
You sign in with your own Google account and are responsible for activity under your Halypa account. Access to learning features may require approval. Keep your account secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
Use Halypa lawfully and in ways that do not harm others or disrupt the service. Do not try to access another person's account or data, bypass usage limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or submit content that infringes someone else's rights. We may restrict access when needed to address misuse, security risks, or legal obligations.
Your content
You are responsible for the topics, links, answers, and other content you provide. You retain any rights you have in that content and permit us to store and process it as needed to provide Halypa, including sending relevant content to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information that is not needed for your learning.
AI learning features
Halypa uses AI to generate lessons, feedback, and assessments. AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review important information independently. Halypa is an educational tool and does not provide professional advice or guarantee any learning outcome.
Availability and changes
Halypa is evolving. Features, access, and usage limits may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. You can stop using Halypa at any time and, if your account is active, delete it in Account settings.
Ownership
Halypa's software, design, and branding belong to its operator or licensors. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. Your rights in AI-generated material may depend on applicable law and the terms of the AI providers used by the app.
Responsibility and liability
We provide the service as available and make no promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on AI output or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Updates to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. The current version and its effective date will be posted here. If you continue to use Halypa after an update takes effect, the updated terms apply.
